Southern Seminary offers ts classroom experience at conferences throughout the country. Through our conference classes, you can receive the encouragement and training offered by an event, while earning seminary credit at the same time. Join us at any of the upcoming conferences listed here and earn seminary credit.
Current Conference Classes

Summer 2023:

27640CT – Doctrine of the Church in conjunction with the 9Marks Weekender Conference
When: May 17-May 22, 2023
Where: Washington D.C.

*Students need to register both on my.sbts.edu as well as with 9Marks.

 

42710CT – The Southern Baptist Convention and Annual Meeting
When: June 12-14, 2023
Where: New Orleans, LA

*Students need to enroll in the course on my.sbts.edu in addition to being registered through their local church. Students will need to attend the Executive Committee meetings beginning on Monday morning, June 12th. Students will also attend a class session with Dr. York on Monday night at 4:30pm Central Time. Other time specifics and location details will be provided to students once they register for the courses.

 

SBTS Alumni & Friends Academy: Greek & Hebrew for Life
When: July 24 – 28, 2023
Where: Louisville, KY

*Students need to enroll for the refresher course class on my.sbts.edu in addition to registering for the conference on Eventbrite

  • All conference courses count for on-campus credit hours. Assignments, registration process, and other details vary. Contact the professor or Garrett Fellow of the individual courses for more info.
  • Southern Seminary students may register for a conference class by accessing their registration at my.sbts.edu.
  • If you are not an SBTS student, but would like to take a conference class, click here to complete the online application.
  • If you are a Boyce student and would like to take a master’s level conference class, complete the Class Credit Authorization Form.
