Rate includes meals during the conference. Those who indicate special dietary needs may be provided a meal from an alternate venue.
Payment for group registrations should be made on one credit card.

To make it easier to register your group you may use our Group Registration Form (PDF). Gather the registration information from your students for easy input during registration. All group members must be registered at one time. Payment must be made at that time.
REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
There are no pro-rated conference registration fees available. Registration cannot be processed without payment.
Refunds for cancellations will be available for credit card transactions only. Refunds, less a $25.00 processing fee per registrant, will be granted for all cancellations received in writing by March 2, 2012. Refunds will not be granted for any reason after March 2, 2012.
