November 1 -January 15, 2010

$60.00 - Regular Attendee
$55.00 - Group (10+)

January 16 - March 15, 2010

$80.00 - Regular Attendee
$75.00 - Group (10+)

Rate includes meals during the conference.

Credit Cards Accepted:
Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Discover.

Group attendees must be registered at one time. For your convenience, please use the Group Registration Form (PDF) to collect registration information for each attendee.
Payment for group registrations should be made on one credit card.

REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

There are no pro-rated conference registration fees available. Registration cannot be processed without payment.

Refunds for cancellations will be available for credit card transactions only. Refunds, less a $10.00 processing fee per registrant, will be granted for all cancellations received in writing by February 15, 2010. Refunds will not be granted for any reason after February 15, 2010.
