Rate includes meals and lodging during the conference. Lodging will be on the campus of Southern Seminary.

Payment for group registrations should be made on one credit card.
D3 SCHOLARSHIPS
It is our desire that no student would be hindered from attending due to financial concerns. To better serve churches and youth that attend D3, we are now launching our D3 scholarship program. This scholarship is designed for students that desire to come to D3, but lack the financial ability to do so.
Limited funds are available. Please review the application for more information and to apply.
PARENTAL CONSENT/MEDICAL RELEASE FORM:
The D3 Consent Form (PDF) must be completed and returned for each registered student to attend. Forms can be uploaded during registration in RegOnline, faxed, mailed, or e-mailed to the Office of Event Productions (d3@sbts.edu)
GROUP REGISTRATION FORM:
This form may be helpful to use in collecting the necessary information from your students so that you can register them in RegOnline.

REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
There are no pro-rated conference registration fees available. Registration cannot be processed without payment.
Refunds for cancellations will be available for credit card transactions only. Refunds, less a $25.00 processing fee per registrant, will be granted for all cancellations received in writing by June 1, 2012. Refunds will not be granted for any reason after June 1, 2012.
