Rate includes meals during the conference. Those who indicate special dietary needs will be provided a meal from an alternate venue.

REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

There are no pro-rated conference registration fees available. Registration cannot be processed without payment.

Refunds for cancellations will be available for credit card transactions only. Refunds, less a $25.00 processing fee per registrant, will be granted for all cancellations received in writing by August 16, 2010. Refunds will not be granted for any reason after August 6, 2010.
