Rate includes meals during the conference. Those who indicate special dietary needs will be provided a meal from an alternate venue.

CHILDCARE

Childcare is now available for this conference. Parents will be responsible for children during conference meal times.

Childcare Rates
Friday | 3:30pm-9:30pm $9/child
Saturday | 8:45am-5:00pm $13/child

Please read the Childcare Form for more information. Childcare may be selected during the online registration process and requires the submission of the Childcare Form. If you have already registered, you may log back into RegOnline and add childcare to your registration.

REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

There are no pro-rated conference registration fees available. Registration cannot be processed without payment.

Refunds for cancellations will be available for credit card transactions only. Refunds, less a $25.00 processing fee per registrant, will be granted for all cancellations received in writing by August 12, 2011. Refunds will not be granted for any reason after August 12.
