REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
There are no pro-rated conference registration fees available. Registration cannot be processed without payment.
Refunds for cancellations will be available for credit card transactions only. Refunds, less a $15.00 processing fee per registrant, will be granted for all cancellations received in writing by April 30, 2012. Refunds will not be granted for any reason after April 30, 2012.
